Bio: Zak, also known as Pup Havok, is a slutty, sex-positive, St. Bernard puppy who calls Minneapolis, MN home. He is a queer-as-fuck switch-leaning submissive and discovered the leather and kink community in 2012. He can be described as highly touchy-feely, given some of his favorite kinks. He is proud to have served as both TriState Puppy 2017 and IPC International Puppy 2019. He is now part of the board of Twin Cities Leather Weekend, managing the social media and communications for the weekend. As a community educator, kink enthusiast, feminist, collared submissive, relationship anarchist, and Bootblack he encourages everyone he encounters to always play hard, but love harder.

Class Description: Bootlicking and bootworship can be fun and are relatively easy to do anywhere but there are still some solid foundations you need to know to do it safely and consualley. Come learn exactly what you can lick and what you can put in your mouth! The answers may surprise you!

Wax Play for Everyone

Curious about wax play? Just starting out? Maybe you’ve played with wax before and want to do more? Then this class is for you!

We’ll go over how to build a wax kit for home or travel. You’ll learn about what you need for safety, play, and clean up - plus some fun items for wax oriented scenes. Once we are done checking out what to stock, we’ll cover safety 101 and facts about wax.*

Then we’ll put what we reviewed in action. Our demo will go through how to set up your play area, ways to pour wax on a willing partner and how to clean up when you’re done. 

As a reminder, wax play is edge play! No matter how ‘safely’ applied, hot wax does carry a burn risk. In this class we’ll only be covering paraffin and soy candles. Beeswax candles will not be covered in this course.

Presenter bios:

Reya Sunshine has been learning and exploring in the public kink and BDSM scene for 15 years. She started teaching in the community in 2010, focusing on consent, sensation play, and relationship dynamics. Reya has been a member of Ohio SMART in Cleveland since 2008, where she served on the board, organizing social and educational events. She joined the Titans of the Midwest in 2018 and is currently serving as President. A lifelong learner, Reya focuses on bringing high-quality education and diverse educators to events.

Kare_B is a queer agender switch who loves all things wax play. They have been hanging around the Cleveland scene since 2018 and are passionate about making wax play accessible to everyone. In their spare time, Kare makes their own wax and enjoys labbing out new ways to use wax in play. Additionally, they host OhioSMART munches and really enjoy good conversation while noshing on great food. In life outside of kink - Kare loves hiking, traveling, and spending time with their dogs/partners.

Whether it’s sneakers, boots, or even heels, let’s talk about what it is, why folks enjoy it, how to it it safely, and then take our first baby steps - so to speak - towards seeing if this might be a new kink for you. Feel free to bring a partner and a pair of footwear you’d like to ask about!

Pawlish is a Daddy & Boofer passionate about learning both in and out of leather. He’s fostered discussions about and poked a lot of buttons on topics like biting, scening in a bootblack stand, perspectives on racism, and relearning words like “community”. Red, houndstooth, and navy on the left are his favorite hankies, but don’t be afraid to ask about others. Someone make a hanky for pressure points!
